You said you were explaining why you added the look-behind ("look-back") assertion. If that's your explanation for \S, what's your explanation for the look-behind assertion?

I have no idea where you're going with this. The lookbehind is useless because the others parts can't eat the trailing whitespace. I don't understand your objection.	[reply]
