It would be somewhat cool to be able to reorder the navigation thingies on the right. For example, I would like to have the Chatterbox on top when I'm in sociable mode, and banish it completely when I'm in anti-social mode.

Maybe something like this?

Order of the Navigation Thingies

<select> <option selected>Chatterbox</option> <option>xp nodelet</option> <option>sections</option> <option>information</option> <option>blah blah blah</option> </select> <select> <option selected>banished!</option> <option>first</option> <option>second</option> <option>third</option> <option>fourth</option> </select>

RE: Ordering of the Nodelets

Ok, maybe I didn't explain this as throughly as I should have -- I thought this would have generated more interest.

Currently, the only way to show or hide a nodelet is to go to your home node, click on "User Settings," then click the checkbox to either show or hide it. There is only one order (that I'm aware of): "(XP nodelet), sections, information, your input, leftovers, etc."

I was thinking it'd be cool to be able to (re)order/hide/show the nodelets based upon a dropdown (Order Nodelet? Within the nodelets title?), rather than a more rigid structure as it currently stands.

I recall vroom saying somewhere that you could change the order of the boes by removing them all and adding them back one by one. I have not tried it myself, just passing on the rumour. I like your idea, too - the more customizable, the better.
