Since you didn't mention what errors you're getting I'll just guess. color e and clr should be wrapped in quotes, for starters. Why don't you focus on substance first, rather than worry about colors and prettiness?

Ya,quotes seems to be problem,substance is ready,so concentrating on prettiness :-)
Now am running into a problem where am trying to change the title of the window on which it is run,title just changes and in blink of a second it goes back,any idea how to permanently change the title of the window on which the exe is run?

The issue there is that your system call ends PDQ (pretty damn quick), and once it's ended the title reverts to original. There's probably a module in the Win32 hierarchy on CPAN that would allow you to change a window title, but someone else would have to help there. The less I know about the Win32 API the better, as far as I'm concerned. ;)
