in thread 'use' inside or outside of package declaration?
So, putting use warnings as far down as possible (after the module includes) can enable the most warnings?Yes. I was bitten by this recently, but now I'm struggling to find an example of where it matters.
But Moose and 5.12 both enable warningsNeither use 5.12;, nor use 5.14; (5.14 is scheduled to be released today) enable warnings. Some people have proposed that use 5.16; enables warnings.
Question: does no Moose; turn off warnings?
