in reply to A limeric on PERL!

The last line of this one's a little week. Any suggestions?

There once was a PERL coder from Birmingham
Who had a problem that was worrying him
A question answered by a monk
Pulled him out of his funk
Now he's so proud of himself I can't stand him

    How 'bout....

There once was a PERL coder from Birmingham
Who had a problem that was worrying him
A question answered by a monk
Pulled him out of his funk
and he toasted the solution with a dram.

I'm all for toasting code with a dram... but I don't think that has the right number of sylables.
I hate it when nodes get lost... My original reply said something to the effect of, "how many sylables are in a limeric."

Apparently, it got lost, or I moved off the page, or some damn thing.

Then, rather than inform me that I have an empty node out here, some wag gave me a vote--.

        No respect.
