So, given your second two paragraphs the original description is nothing at all like your actual problem and what you really expect is not so much help in writing a program yourself to solve the problem, but a code monkey to write an entire turn key solution for you. Sorry, I'm not that code monkey and this is a place of learning, not a slave market. True laziness is hard work	[reply]

The problem may be perfectly explained as you see it, but if the reader doesn't understand what you wrote, it does no good that it's "perfect" from your perspective. Remember, we're just a bunch of Perl nuts here. I can barely spell "Ammino Acid". :-)	[reply]
