Stepping stops working in EPIC debugger

Coolgard has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi all, I've just started to play with the EPIC Debugger under Eclipse 3.4.1. The trouble is that I'll get to a line somewhere not far into the program and find that the stepping options under the Run menu have gone gray -- disabled, so that I can step no farther. Anybody know what the problem might be? Added after half an hour: Think it is solved. Anyway an Eclipse feature, certainly not a Perl one.

So what was the solution? There are a few people here who use or may use EPIC and others passing through who may be interested. True laziness is hard work	[reply]
