How does CPAN display commented text from .pm files ?

iMisspell has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Not sure where to ask this.

Id like to host (on my home local ubuntu server) a dir with my .pm files and have them display the

=commented 

blabla 

=cut

text like the cpan site does.

Any direction would be great, thanks.
