Hmm, I see. I get the same thing. I added binmode, but it didn't fix it. It is a bug for the author :)

Maybe Re: Math::PARI and Crypt::RSA is useful to you

    Update:

    I manually installed Math::Pari with 

      perl Makefile.PL version23_ok=1

    in order to get a more recent version, and now my error has turned to:

    Symkey decrypt failed: Session key decryption failed: Encoded data must start with 2
