dudydude has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi fellow Monks, quick question: I used "sysread FILEHANDLE,SCALAR,LENGTH" to get the info that is coming back from the server. Now all the information is stored in SCALAR, but how can I make a file with all the information that SCALAR is holding?

Uhm... Open another file for writing and print it all out?

Well I want to create a file with all the contents inside SCALAR itself...
