Re^2: Experimental version of WWW::Mechanize

Tried ignoring the warning -- I still get the "can't find use_plugin()" bit of WWW::Mechanize. Scripter I have working, but it is painfully slow on this project. I'm messing around w/ other solutions, and got stuck here.

What are you talking about? Are you talking about the DEPRECATED WWW::Mechanize::Plugin::JavaScript? That is not going to be faster than Scripter	[reply]

Well that's disconcerting. I've just been googling around for something else that might work. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. One of the pages Scripter slurps can take a good 60 seconds. :(	[reply]

If you really need the speed, take a look at the WWW::Scripter::Plugins that allow for JE or SpiderMonkey to do the Javascript lifting. I wrote WWW::Mechanize::Firefox, which uses Firefox for running the Javascript of web pages.	[reply]
