why do they release development versions to mess up people's work and time....I cannot reinstall my original version because some dependencies have been established. Does anyone know how to fix this in ubuntu

why do they release development versions to mess up people's work and time. The don't release development versions to mess up people's work and time. Why do people override `cpan` when it says it won't install something because it will likely cause problems?	[reply] [d/l]
