Did you try to install it via cpan XML::XPath? There's no Makefile.PL in what you downloaded?

yes there is makefile.pl but when i am trying to open command window will come and disapper.	[reply]

Either use the cpan command as I showed you or see the instructions in Installing Modules.	[reply]
