Please read `perldoc -f split`, as the first argument to split is usually a regex, not a string `:'<,'>!perl -pe 'tr/<>//d;$_=pack"C*",split/,/'` Enjoy, Have FUN! H.Merijn	[reply] [d/l] [select]
