The warnings you get means that $page is undef. That happens if some of the lines do not have enough whitespace separated fields to put one in $page.

Those warnings do not appear with the sample of the log file you provided, so maybe it is a trailing empty line or so.

    Since his sample log contains only 15 lines and the warning happens on input line 17 (??), I'm pretty sure that this is the cause.
