not select
Note from the
Choose types to limit results to: area. You can choose whichever other area you want but, if you exclude
Note you won't get any replies.

Update: I missed this, but in your post, you were asking about the
standard "Search" feature. For this, I guess it'd take a little work from
vroom. I'd simply recommend using
Super Search instead, I guess.
