    I have some RNA sequences and I would like to Know how can i creat a perl script that filter that sequences and give me the corresponding strings containing a set of nested parenteshis. I am talking about VARNA: Visualitzation applet for RNA.

    i think its a little hard to understand perlmonks initially
    but once you get it. its a real fun!!!
