Have you read CBUREL/Qt-0.96.0/INSTALL?

Or are you talking about the older older version of Qt?

Its easiest to install Tk, or Prima, or Wx, Gtk2, Tkx /Tcl::pTk...

    Yep I tried cburel's version of qt, but it needs cmake, and even if I install cmake with adding to path variable, while I install package through cpan, it says:
    cpan> install CBUREL/Qt-0.96.0.tar.gz
