Hope  ModPerl::ROOT::ModPerl::Registry::var_web_dev_prg_2epl points to
+ the perl script /var/web/dev/prg.pl
Is that correct?

But there is no subroutine called handler in /var/web/dev/prg.pl ( Mod
+Perl::ROOT::ModPerl::Registry::var_web_dev_prg_2epl::handler)

Once I restart the application server , everything got worked. Is it because of Undefined subroutine call and memory error?
