in reply to PM joins the SOPA Blackout?

In general, I have to say no. PM is open-source, and SOPA is designed more along the lines of Bill Gates & Co. As I see it, SOPA could make it difficult to quote anything without legal representation, so I can't support it; however, with or without SOPA, I'll continue to be open-source, legal or whatever.

You may want to read up on the bills. AFAIK you're safe to quote whatever you want within current citation guidelines. The bills are designed to keep sites from posting material that violates intellectual property and/or linking to sites which do so. There are a lot of 'boogie-man' claims being tossed about, it's important not to repeat them. :-)
