The server does not support TLS, see <http://enwp.org/Transport_Layer_Security#TLS_1.0>. Notify the sysadmins that they should get their collective shit together and upgrade the security. They're lagging a whole decade behind! Meanwhile, you can work around the problem by falling back to SSL. Add the option to the constructor: `WWW::Mechanize->new(ssl_opts => { SSL_version => 'SSLv3' })` [download]	[reply] [d/l]
