Different Anon here I guess, https://metacpan.org/module/CPAN#Configuration-for-individual-distributions-Distroprefs- feature of CPAN , for automating such interactions, and associated distroprefs examples , won't help you write a shell script to automate cpan yeah, too bad this is perlmonks and CPAN is all perl	[reply]
