According to the code.activestate.com site, tk builds aren't available for 5.14 for 64 bit windows :/	[reply]

Still having trouble. `ppm install http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/Tk.ppd ppm install failed: The PPD does not provide code to install for this +platform` [download] I couldn't tell what you were intending with the: `ppm install MinGW cpanp i Tk` [download] Sorry to be such a pain!
