Since you are having problems automating Outlook have you considered ignoring the Outlook client and interacting with the mail server (Exchange)? See is it possible to use Perl to process Outlook emails?, Reading mail from an exchange mailbox, no Outlook or Super Search for more examples.

    I am able to process the outlook mails but i am not able to disable the outlook warning dialog box which is handled by Win32::GUI which seems to be giving an error
