Well your question is improving over time,
but is still the same as yesterdays.
You've had about 5 pointers to DBI, have you followed them up? and read the DBI::FAQ, because thats what its there for and will show you how to do what you want.
Have you actually got a database and a schema? and a table to insert into?
Come back with some code that doesnt work..... and then you might get more specific help.

I don't know what database you are using, but if it is Oracle, have a look at SQL*Loader . It can be very heplful in loading large amounts of data in text files into Oracle.
