Mail sending with perl script

Arindam has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I need to send mail from microsoft outlook with do not forward option with perl script.Need help.I am unable to put do not forward option in the script.

Welcome. I'd never heard of this feature before looking it up, I'm not even sure you can automate the creation of such a message using Win32::OLE (is this what your current script uses, you don't give any details, see PerlMonks for the Absolute Beginner) due to logging in to .Net Passport and so on.
