I agree, Goo is way better than the Gnome2::Canvas. The Gnome2::Canvas isn't being developed anymore.

You might want to look at Citrus Perl which comes with WxWidgets and even includes Tk now. :-) WxWidgets has a Canvas type widget.

Your easiest solution would be to install Tk::Zinc, but sadly the tkzinc.org website, the one with Windows binaries, has dissappeared. Anyone know where Windows Zinc binaries can be found?
