I agree that we need to have a meta-consideration ability to have NTC be more effective; I've seen it hinted at at various parts of the monastary. The specific example is a good example of where this would be necessary.

First, remember that NTC is not a blacklist; it's meant to try to fix both large and small problems. We've sorta been using it recently to ask all NTC-abled voters about nodes that work well as Tutorials.

It doesn't take too much to tell that I put the node there for consideration; I knew about the other two nodes but I didn't realize at the time that they were also in the poetry section. But I feel (and it's IMO) that the node in question was more a Perl Meditation than Poetry, but realizing that some might doubt that decision, I offered it up for considering instead of just moving it without input. As I last looked, the voting was 5-5 keep/edit on that, so I think it's fair consideration (though seeing that current total, I'd keep it in poetry).
