I urge you to provide your setup as to be helpful to the OP within this thread. Your response(s) so far do nothing positive for this thread.

If you don't use 'nmake' on Windows and you may have a positive solution to the problem, it would be prudent and appreciated if you shared what it is you do use, and why.
