It worth to say that you're using HP-UX. If you doesn't use ODBM_File you can disable building it by using -Dnoextensions=ODBM_File configure option. Note, that DynaLoader test is actually passed, it is expected warning. Can't say what's wrong with ping_udp, but it is network test, so it could be just a random fault, or maybe firewall intervened.

I almost finished uploading my HP-UX sowfware depots for perl-5.16.0. CPAN modules for HP-UX 10.20 are still building. Check out my site to get the depots HP-UX 11.31 ia64 (32bit and 64bit) HP-UX 11.23 ia64 (32bit and 64bit) HP-UX 11.11 pa20 (32bit and 64bit) HP-UX 11.00 pa20 (32bit and 64bit) HP-UX 10.20 pa20 (32bit only) All are built with GNU gcc (4.6.1 mostly).
