Cant find EOCD signature error?

trickyq has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I am learning the rules of the place, if I screw up and someone tells me, I fix it. Not a spammmer, just a beginner.

I am getting an error when I run any of these scripts that ive been working on It says:

With 19 writeups (as of 20120606 ca 1600UT), you are NO LONGER QUALIFY for the tolerance accorded a newcomer. You appear to pay little or no attention to the coding advice given so freely, instead begging for code you can use raw or cargo cult. You won't learn that way. Worse, you ignore "the rules of the place" (AKA common curtesy and clarity) that you say you're "learning." Humbug! build.pl line 5 Cannot open build.xlsx I would guess there is something wrong with your build.xlsx spreadsheet, either it is corrupted or is not the correct format. poj	[reply]

I believe that `.xlsx` files are basically zipped XML files, so that makes some sense.	[reply] [d/l]
