I want to change the tags of the mp3 file. Artist, title and album. I do not know how I have to start.

    See the above suggestion that you check the mp3 (*::mp3 and mp3::*) modules on CPAN.

    And, like you, "I have no more idea how (to) solve the problem." ...

    because you didn't answer the previous question.
