Location of md5, sha1 and sha256 for Perl 5.16.0?

flexvault has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I haven't tried Perl 5.16.0 yet, so today I went to CPAN and downloaded the source, and then when to '/src/5.0/maint/' to get the checksum information. But it wasn't there. Has the location changed?
