wxbase28u_gcc_custom.dll Error

bedohave9 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

The program can't start because wxbase28u_gcc_custom.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I don't know where to get the legitimate download for this. Please help.

I just installed Win32-GuiTest and Wx from CPAN. I wrote a simple app to just see how it works and executed it. The moment I have executed it, it displayed the error above for wxbase28u_gcc_custom.dll.	[reply]

You see, that is impossible :) If you had installed Wx from cpan, then you would already have wxbase28u_gcc_custom.dll, it wouldn't be missing, Try again please	[reply]
