I am using perl 5.16.0 from cpan. I have installed expat lib also. i am using following command `F:\5.16.0\WinNT4.0\perl-5.16.0\win32\..\perl.exe -I../../lib Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=perl INSTALLMAN1DIR=none INSTALLMAN3DIR=none PERL_CORE=1`	[reply] [d/l]

Why not install the perl first? What is output of `perl -V:make -V:cc` ?	[reply] [d/l]
