Why aren't you typing "perl winframe.pl" instead of "winframe.pl"? "cpan" is a bat file that contains embedded Perl, in the /bin folder.

I am typing "perl winframe.pl" instead of "winframe.pl".

:-) I really thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me, I really do not know how busy you are in this busy busy world, but still taking time to resolve my problem. I am learning a lot being with you. Some one in my office told me that Perl Monks help you , go ahead and post. I must thank him showing me the right path.
