I hate that orange/gray combination so I always switch to printable (more like readable) view. What I don't like is that when I switch pages, like from /pagekit/ to /pagekit/charset, I have to "enable" printable view again. Since it's a "query string" setting, when you re-display the page in printable mode, why don't you just go ahead and tackle on ?&pkit_view=print to every applicable linke (like you wouldn't do it for ?&pkit_view=xml). That wasy I don't gotta scroll to the bottom of the page and switch it myself five times in one session. Asides from that, looks very promising, but you ought to write about your setup experience (easy, hard, issues you had, etc???)
