im very interested in this kind of use
of regexes i found earlier

s/pattern/{ eval doit() }/

its not very well documented so i ask anyone who knows more about it to tell me where could i read about it.

or perhaps if you know,i guess all captures of pattern are passed as params to

doit()<&c>.</p> <p>like <c>$1,$2,$3 ...
etc are in the @_ of doit().

is that true ?
im trying but unsuccesfully to use it
