As I said repeatedly, I ran it on the same text, line by line, character by character and its here below. If you run it you might get the error I am getting, the first one runs fine, the second creates =cut at the end. (I said might because, things might change with cut pasting) 
=head2 B<usage()>

Gives the usage of the tool, the compulsory and optional parameters, 
the author(s), revision numbers and the last revised time
Prints the return code the tool should exit with
