DumbIrishNonPerlUsr has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Probably a stupid question. I want to set up, on an Intranet, a Problem Log allowing users to enter and update error info which can then be viewed online or exported to a spreadsheet program, (Lotus 123, Excel etc). Any Ideas? Cheers, Z Beeblebrox
