But I think that, if anyone, it's the tester (not the OP) who hasn't taken care of the licenses properly - in which case I think the tester should be contacted.

Seguei Trouchelle (the tester) is generally quite responsive and appreciative, and I think einhverfr should persevere in trying to contact him.

I completely agree with that. My prior response might have been a bit flip, but that was the gist of it. Nothing that OP can do about this situation other than let the tester know about it. It helps to remember that the primary goal is to drain the swamp even when you are hip-deep in alligators.	[reply]
