perl module for SQL db

Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

This is driving me nuts...I know I saw a perl module recently that allowed the creation of a SQL db "on the fly" - a SQl db created/called from within a script but i'm damned if i can remember the name...the obvious search terms in CPAN and here are not helping - any pointers greatly appreciated...
