Ok, you are wrong. I am setting this script up strictly for fun. This will not be used as a spamming tool (that would be rather hard to do, wouldn't it?) just something people can play with and download from my site.
With this, though, I will have certain percautions in the future. Since I am new to perl I am pretty much as far as I can go with it right now, but... I will have it set up so the user has to add THEIR email address, the script verifies it by sending a link to their email addy they need to click on before the message is sent. Then everything sent will be added to a database including their name, email addy, recipmail, message, time/date, and IP. This way if legal issues ever do arise, I can pretty much help with whatever they need. Ofcourse I will have a disclaimer letting everyone know everything is being saved.
