Monks

I have a data file in the form:

key1,valueA
key2,valueB
key2,valueC
key3,valueD

[download]

I want to translate it to:

key1,valueA
key2,valueB,valueC
key3,valueD

[download]

I'm sure this is easy in perl but I can't seem to do it easily. Also it seems like a prime candidate for awk, but again same problem... can anyone help?
