Please explain if I have this correct for Perl and web syntax:

Technology would be: Server side or is it Technology the actual IDE such as DreamWeaver used to build Web pages. Is that the technology or is Technology the same as language?

Languages: Perl, CGI, Java

System: Unix, Windows

Process: Please advise what you consider a process if you are building Perl/CGI web sites?
