Twice as long... what??

You solution is highly cryptic and you have to consult documents to find out what the various functions your calling on actually do, wheras my solution just uses simple procedures which do obvious things.

Are you telling me the art of high level perl is being master of code obscurity? As in the more complex and undecipherable you make your code the more you get paid? This is INSANE!!

I believe Larry is changing the way perl works to get rid of such high-faluting crufty cryptic nonsense.
