You will probably get a better response if you narrow your question down a little. Do you need help with regular expressions? Or is it data structures? Or is it file IO? In addition, posting any code you have written that attempts to do this would give us a good place to start. It would also reassure people that you are making an honest effort, not just trying to get someone else to do everything for you. People will assume the worst unless you post with more detail.
