Googling for Perl_llockhook_ptr didn't reveal anything.
Googling for ockhook_ptr revealed that you need to search for Perl_Ilockhook_ptr, which revealed http://www.mail-archive.com/dbi-users@perl.org/msg22640.html.
The solution is upgrade install DBI from http://ftp.esoftmatic.com/outgoing/DBI/5.8.4/DBI.ppd
