anat0010 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Does anyone have a XOL definition for Perl ?
I'd like to teach Sybase's PowerDesigner to create Perl packages in the same way it will create Java, C++ classes and XML schema.

If not I guess I'll have to write one myself.
