Mr.T has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hello Everyone:
I have heard a lot of talk about the upcoming Perl 6, and was really interested in what the most important or interesting new features/updates to it will be, so that I can be somewhat prepared for it when it does come! Are there any good articles written by someone here at the monastary explaining what's new, and what's better about Perl 6? Thanks!

You might want to check out this link to perl.com . It is an article by Simon Cozens describing this year's State of the Onion address given every year by Larry Wall, the creator of Perl.
